The Heineken Learnership extends an invitation to individuals to engage in the aforementioned learnership program situated at their Springs Plant. This comprehensive program entails a well-organized curriculum that integrates theoretical assessments with practical sessions conducted in a genuine company environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the basics of how machines operate within manufacturing or packaging environments
• Track and manage Critical Control Points (CCPs) as part of the HACCP food safety system
• Apply quality control procedures when working with food or other sensitive consumer products
• Demonstrate skill in operating three specific machines during the Learnership, based on operational needs, on an automated food and beverage packaging line
• Operate washing equipment as part of the production line
